Uniformed crew, clean equipment, and edges, trim lines and blown surfaces that look finished.
The same checklist on every visit, whoever is on the mower.
Automated invoicing, card or ACH autopay, and photo proof of the finished result when appropriate.
“Every visit should leave the property looking noticeably cleaner, sharper and more cared for than when the crew arrived.”
The Cypress Crown brand promise
Our services
Recurring mowing is the core. Everything else is built around it, quoted clearly, and delivered to the same standard.
Weekly or biweekly. Trimming, edging and a blow-off are included on every standard visit.
Crisp lines on every visible hardscape edge: driveways, walks, curbs and beds.
Shaped by quantity, height and complexity, with clippings hauled away.
String trimming around fences, trees, beds, posts and structures, without damaging them.
Leaves cleared from lawns, beds and hard surfaces so the property stays sharp through the season.
Overgrowth, debris and seasonal resets, quoted on labor and debris volume.
Material, delivery and installation for a clean, finished bed line.
Bed refreshes and plant installations, planned and quoted as a project.
Fertilization, weed control and pest treatment are regulated in Florida. We add them only once the required certification, licensing and insurance are in place, never before.
The standing oak
The oak in our crest is the standard we hold ourselves to: a company built to last in the community it serves, delivering the same finished quality on every property, every week, whoever is on the crew.
The Crown Standard
We respond the same business day whenever practical.
A clear written scope: price, frequency and exclusions.
We confirm access, pets, gates and any special instructions.
Uniformed crew, safe equipment operation, respectful handling of your property.
Edged cleanly, trimmed accurately, hard surfaces blown, gates closed.
A photo of the finished result when appropriate.
One consistent, automated invoice and payment process.
We ask for your feedback after the early visits, and we listen.
We check in before small issues become reasons to leave.
Every visit includes
Plans
Weekly service receives our lowest per-visit rate because it protects the lawn and the route. Final pricing is confirmed after a free on-site assessment.
Standard properties
from $179/mo
Mowing plus shrubs
from $229/mo
Larger or complex properties
from $325/mo
One-time
Overgrowth, debris and seasonal resets for a small or standard property. Larger cleanups are quoted from labor, debris volume, disposal and equipment.
Neighbors save
When three or more nearby homes sign up together, each gets $5 off every weekly visit for the first 60 days.
Biweekly visits cost more per visit than weekly, since growth and labor are higher. One-time and overgrown first cuts are quoted separately. Bagging is available as an add-on. Heavy edging, obstacles, slopes, pools, fences and difficult access are reflected in the quote.
Service area
We build routes by neighborhood rather than scattering stops across the county. That is what keeps visits consistent and lets us hold a higher standard at a fair price.
Just outside these towns? Ask. Nearby homes that sign up together can open a new route.
The founding partners
All three partners know the field work, and one of us answers the phone. Call or text whoever you like, or email cclawnandlandscapingllc@gmail.com.

Weekly service receives our lowest per-visit rate because it protects the lawn and the route. Biweekly is available and costs more per visit, since growth and labor are higher.
Mowing, string trimming, edging of visible hardscape lines, and a blow-off of driveways, walks and patios. Bagging is an add-on.
Yes. A first cut on an overgrown property is inspected and quoted separately from a recurring rate, then the recurring plan takes over.
We give a service window rather than a clock time. Florida weather and route order can move things, and when they do, we tell you before you have to ask.
One consistent, automated invoice. Pay by card or ACH, with autopay available so nothing needs chasing.
Not currently. Those services are regulated in Florida, and we will only add them once the required certification, licensing and insurance are in place.
We stay inside what we can do well and insure properly. For specialized work like that, we will point you to a properly qualified and insured contractor.
